Supported Living with Transportation Services

All persons residing in ICS Supported Living homes receive a blended community-based service that covers habilitation, personal care, nursing, transportation, and other residential supports. Our homes serve one to three persons. We provide comprehensive care based on each person’s needs, coordinated and delivered by our clinical and non-clinical teams.
