THE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES AGENCY (CFSA)
Congregate Care, a community-based residential service provided by Integrated Community Services (ICS), offers specialized support for youth aged 14 through 21 with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. In carefully designed residential facilities, accommodating a maximum of eight individuals per facility, ICS focuses on fostering a nurturing environment. This service encompasses comprehensive assistance, including educational support, behavioral guidance, and community inclusion initiatives. The dedicated ICS team is committed to ensuring that each youth receives tailored care, creating opportunities for personal growth, social engagement, and skill development within a supportive and inclusive community setting.

THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE FINANCE (DHCF)
Integrated Community Services (ICS) extends Personal Care Aide (PCA) services to fulfill the staffing requirements of home health care patients under the Department of Health Care Finance – Home Health Agency (DHCF-HHA). PCAs, operating under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver direct care services to patients within the comfort of their homes. This comprehensive assistance encompasses support for activities of daily living, assistance with medical appointments, community engagement, and other essential tasks. ICS is dedicated to ensuring that individuals receive personalized and attentive care, promoting their well-being and maintaining their independence in a home-based care setting.
