We accomplish this through our dedication to providing expert compassionate, person-centered supports and services with a focus on excellence, integrity and innovation. We encourage choice and self-determination; and engage all the people we serve in ways that foster and promote personal rights, choice, dignity, and a strong sense of belonging.
Since 2014, ICS has been a licensed Staffing Vendor for the District of Columbia and a provider of Personal Care Aide (PCA) staffing services under the Department of Health Care Finance – Home Health Agency (DHCF-HHA). ICS currently has a provisional license for a self-standing Home Health Agency (HHA) in the District of Columbia.

Services we Offer
To Provide Comprehensive Quality Care
Occupational Therapy Services
Our licensed Occupational Therapists deliver physician-ordered services based on a personalized evaluation and treatment plan. With years of experience, our OTs provide quality care to promote independence, prevent disability, and maintain optimal health.
Personal Care Aide
ICS Personal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, personalized care. Supervised by an ICS RN, they assist with daily activities like meal preparation, home safety, cleanliness, and documenting patient status.
Physical Therapy Services
ICS Physical Therapists (PTs) are licensed professionals who assess and treat physical dysfunction and pain. They conduct initial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment and goal attainment.
Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled nursing services at ICS are delivered by RNs or LPNs under RN supervision. Our RNs ensure high-quality care through coordination, on-site supervision, personalized care plans, and detailed patient documentation.
